Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases Dog Friendly City Tours LLC, from all liability relating to injuries and accidents that may occur while on tour. By partaking in the tour, I agree to hold Dog Friendly City Tours, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

 

 

 

I also acknowledge the risks involved on tour with pets. These added risks include but are not limited to dog fights, city traffic, and the actions of less responsible pet ownership. I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dog Friendly City Tours, LLC, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
